Beetroot Chapati | Beetroot Roti-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Wheat flour [Atta] – 1 cup
- Beetroot – 1
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed.
Method
- In a mixie jar, add chopped beetroot, and half cup water, grind to fine puree.
- Then strain and extract beetroot juice.
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, beetroot juice, mix well. then knead it & make soft dough. Then leave it for 15 min.
- Then make balls out of the mixture.
- Sprinkle flour, flatten balls into thin or thick chapathi.
- Heat rion dosa tawa, place raw beet chapati, add ghee or oil, cook both sides
- Then serve hot with raita, or any gravy
How to make Beet chapati- Step by step photos
In a bowl add, wheat flour, salt mix well
Add chopped beetroot in a mixie jar, add half cup water, finely grind
Strain without lumps, knead it make soft dough
Dough is ready, cover it, leave it for 15 min
Make lemon size balls
Sprinkle flour, roll out in to thin chapati
Colourful raw chapati ready
Heat iron dosa tawa, place beet chapati, add 1 tbsp
Cook both sides
Flip over cook other side
Delicious beet chapati ready, cut off heat, serve hot with raita
