Ingredients
- Butter – 250 gram
- Salt– a pinch
- Curry leaves / Drumstick leaves – 1 spring
Preparation Method
- Heap pan add butter let it melt on medium to low flame till sound disappears
- Add pinch of salt & curry leaves then cut off heat.
- Let it cool for 5 min then remove curry leaves
- Then store in an airtight container use within 2 weeks

Heat iron pan, add butter
Let it melt for 3 min on medium flame
Bubbles forming
Let it melt till sound disappear
Add salt
Now its ready, cut off heat
Add curry leaves
Then immediately transfer ghee to a container to avoid burning at the bottom
Let it cool for 5 min. Then remove curry leaves
Ghee is ready. Store in an airtight container use with in 2 weeks
