Instant Rava Idli, Semolina idli without seasoning-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Rava[Semolina] - 1 cup
- Curd -1 cup
- Water - 1 and 1/4 cup
- ENO - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp [For greasing idli plates]
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat pan add rava roast for 3 min on medium flame [Dont burn] or you can use roasted rava.
- Tansfer to a bowl let it cool
- Add curd, water, salt, mix well, make dosa batter conistency, leave it for 3 min
- 30 min later, add water id required.
- Add ENO Fruit salt, gently mix [You can see frothy & fluffy texture]
- Then grease idly plates with sesame oil and pour batter.
- Place it in a idli cooker, cover lid and steam it for 15 min.
- Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Spongy rava idli without seasoning
Add Rava
Roast for 3 min, then let it cool [Apr 5 min]
Add 1 cup curd
Add water
Add salt, mix well
Batter ready
Cover lid, leave it for 30 min
Rava absorbed all curd and water
Add water to adjust the consistency
Batter should be idli batter consistency
Add Eno, mix gently till fluffy and frothy
Add water
Gently mix, batter ready
Grease idli plates with sesame oil
Pour batter
Place it in a steamer
Steam it for 8 to 10 min
Cut off heat
Leave it for 5 min then remove it from idli plates
