Vendakkai poriyal | Ladies finger [Okra] stir fry

Ingredients
- Vendakkai [Ladies finger] – ¼ kg
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 2 springs
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
- Coconut – ¼ cup [grated]
- Oil -2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Chop ladies finger in to thin pieces.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered then add curry leaves.
- Add okra then fry for 5 min.
- Add red chilli, turmeric & salt mix well then sauté for another 2 min
- Add coconut and coriander powder sauté well. Once the stickiness out cut off heat then serve hot with rice
