Eggleass cream caramel custard pudding[No oven, No bake]-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
- Curd -1 cup
- Custard powder - 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
For sugar caramel Ingredients
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add milk, condensed milk, curd, sugar, vanilla essence, custard powder mix well
- Then strain without lumps.
- For caramel :- Heat pan add sugar & 2 tbsp water gently mix then let it cook till colour changes to brown.
- Then pour into small bowls let it set.
- Add prepared mixture into bowls, cover with aluminium foil.
- Then place the bowl in idly plates.
- Place it in idli steamer, cover lid and steam it for 20 to 25 min.
- Then let it cool & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
- For instant you can freeze it for 30 min.
- Then serve immediately with ice cream.
Tip
- You can bake it in oven also.
- You can add caramom powder for different flavour.
- You can make coffee caramel custard using instant coffee powder.
- You can replace white sugar with jaggery / brown sugar.
- You can replace custard powder with corn flour and milk powder.
- You can make chocolate caramel custard using cocoa powder & chocolate chips.
- You can make rose caramel custard pudding using organic rose syrup.

In a bowl add fresh curd / yogurt
Add milk
Take sweet condensed milk
Pour into the mixture
Add sugar
Mix well till sugar dissolves completely
Add custard powder
Mix well without lumps
Mixture ready
Strain without lumps
Add vanilla essence
Mix well
Eggless cream mixture ready
Heat pan add sugar
Add 2 to 3 tbsp water
Gently mix
Caramel procedure started
Mix gently then cut off heat
Pour into bowl, let it set [Apr. 5 min]
Pour into small bowl
Cover with aluminium foil
Steam it for 25 to 30 min
After 30 min, remove it from idli steamer
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours
