Instant coffee kulfi By


Cuisine Style: India | Preparation & Cooking Time: 45 min | Kulfi Setting Time: 10 to 12 hours | To Serve: 4 | Type: Sweet, dessert, summer special

Ingredients

  • Instant coffee mix - 5 tsp
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Sweet Condenced milk - 5 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup or 250 ml
  • Water - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • In a bowl add instant coffee powder, sugar & warm water mix well
  • Heat milk, add condensed milk, & sugar let it boil for 5 min then cut off heat.
  • Add the coffee mixture, mix well, let it cool.
  • Pour the mixture into kulfimoulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 6 to 10 hours]
  • Then unmould & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • For instant kulfi add sweet condensed milk [Milk maid] & khoya/mava
  • You can add jaggery instead of white sugar
  • You can add corn flour or almond flour for creamy thick consistency kulfi
  • You can add milk powder / Custard powder / coconut powder for thickness
  • You can replace milk with coconut milk
