Ingredients
- Urad dal – 1 cup
- Flax seed [Aali vithai]- 1/4 cup
- Roasted gram [Pottukadalai, chutney gram]- 1/4 cup
- Jaggery [Vellam] – ½ cup
- Green cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Heat pan add urad dal roast till you get nice aroma
- Add roasted gram, flaxseed [aali vithai] roast for 50 sec
- Then cool it, add cardamom powder & grind to smooth powder.
- Heat jaggery & water in a pan, let it boil for 1 min
- Add jaggery mixture into the urad dal mixture, mix well then make it equal size ladoos.
- Once its ready , place it in an airtight container use within 1 week

Healthy aali vithai ulundhu ladoo
Heat pan, add urad dal roast till you get nice aroma
Add roasted gram
Add flaxseed
Roast for 50 sec
Transfer to a plate, let it cool
Transfer mixture into mixie jar
Add cardamom powder
Finely grind
Add 1/3 cup jaggery
Add 1/4 cup water
Boil for 1 min
Add jaggery syrup
Mix well
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Perfect energy balls ready
sunnundalu with jaggery, store in an airtight container, use within 1 week
