Rava Jaggery Ladoo- No sugar- How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Rava - 1 cup
- Jaggery [Vellam] – 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Heat pan add rava roast till you get nice aroma
- Add roasted rava in a mixie jar, finely grind
- Put groudn rava in a bowl, add cardamom powder , ghee mix well
- Heat jaggery & water in a pan, let it boil for 1 min
- Add jaggery mixture into the rava mixture, mix well then make it equal size ladoos.
- Once its ready , place it in an airtight container use within 1 week

Rava jaggery ladoo
Add 1 cup rava
Roast till you get nice aroma
Transfer to a plate, let it cool
Add 1 cup jaggery
Add 1/2 cup water
Boil for 1 min
Now its ready
put it in a mixie jar,
finely grind
Transfer rava mixture to a bowl
Add cardamom powder
Add 1 tbsp ghee
Add jaggery mixture, mix well
Add jaggery syrup gradually
divide the mixture into equal size balls
Healthy rava jaggery ladoo ready
Rava laddu without sugar
