Masala penne pasta Indian style | Pressure cooker pasta | Masala pasta with grated cheese

Ingredients
- Penne pasta – 250 gram
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Garlic – 2 cloves [finely chopped]
- Tomato -2 [chopped]
- Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
- Green chilli -1
- Garam masala- ½ tbsp
- Cheese – 4 tbsp [grated]
- Pepper powder – ½ tbsp or crushed pepper
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- Heat pressure cooker with oil then add onion and garlic sauté till soft. Then add green chilli sauté gently.
- Add tomato sauté till soft then add garam masala mix well.
- Add water and salt mix well then let it boil. Once boiled add penne pasta mix well & cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Then add tomato sauce, lemon juice mix well. Cut off heat then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder mix well.
- Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.

Heat pressure cooker with oil then add onion garlic
Add tomato & green chilli
Add garam masala
Add water and salt. Leave it for boil
Boiling water
Add penne pasta
Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 whistles
Add tomato sauce
Add lemon juice
Add coriander leaves
Sprinkle crushed pepper and grated cheese then serve hot
