Potato peanut poriyal/Stir fry | Groundnut potato sundal | Nilakadalai urulaikilangu poriyal

Ingredients
- Peanut - ½ cup
- Potato – 1
- Coconut – ¼ cup [Grated]
- Onion -1 [sliced]
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – ½ tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder- ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Boil Peanuts & Potato in pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Then peel the skin of potato.
- Heat pan with oil then add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered add Bengal gram & urad dal.
- Add onion sauté till soft. Then add green chilli, 2 tbsp coconut and curry leaves.
- Add peanuts, potato, salt, coriander & red chilli powder sauté.
- Add coconut mix well. Leave it for 1 min. Sprinkle coriander leaves & lemon juice mix well then cut off heat.
- Serve hot with rice or tea.
