Maravalli kizhangu idli-How to make soft Idli-Stepwise Pictures | Tapioca idli

Ingredients
- Maravalli kizhangu – 2 cup [wash, peel & cut into cubes]
- Idli rice – 1 cup
- Urad dal – ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed.
Preparation
- Wash & Soak urad dal & idli rice for 4 hours.
- Grind urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu separately.
- In a bowl pour urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu batter. Then add salt mix well & leave it for fermentation [apr.8 hours].
- Grease idly plates with gingelly oil. Pour idly batter. Then steam it for 10 min.
- Then make idli as usual. Then serve hot with chutney or sambar.
