Kadai paneer recipe-Restaurant style [Easy]

Ingredients
- Homemade Paneer [Cottage cheese]– 1 cup [cut in to cubes]
- Green, yellow, & red capsicum – 1 cup [cut into stripes]
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Dry red chilli – 1
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Tomato – 1 [chopped]
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till golden brown then add red chilli sauté & grind to fine paste with 1 tbsp of water.
- Cut paneer into cubes then seasoning with salt & pepper &shallow fry.
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick & cumin seeds. Then add onion paste, ginger and garlic sauté.
- Add green chilli, tricolor capsicum & tomato sauté till soft. Then add red chilli powder mix well.
- Add paneer, coriander & pepper powder mix well. Add salt, & garam masala sauté.
- Add coriander leaves, & cut off heat. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
