How to make Ragi roti video
Ingredients
- Ragi [Finger Millet]– 1 cup
- Cabbage – ¼ cup [grated]
- Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well. The batter should be softer and little sticky
- Heat iron dosa tawa, place batter, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the roti.
- Cook both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney

Add salt
Roast till you get nice aroma or roast for 3 to 4 min

Take one handful dough
Dip fingers in water, spread on the hot dosa tawa
Make round shape
Add oil
Add ghee
Cook till crisp and golden brown
Flip over cook other side

Serve hot with curd, sauce or chutney
