Urad dal laddu | Sunnundalu | Ulundu Ladoo Andhra Nellore Special Sweet

Ingredients
- Urad dal – 1 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Jaggery – 3 tbsp [grated]
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast urad dal till light brown. Then cool it.
- In a mixer jar put urad dal then coarsely grind.
- Add sugar and cardamom & grind well. Then transfer this mixer to a bowl & sprinkle ghee mix well and shape.
- Then put it in an airtight container. Use within 2 days.

- Don’t add water
