Vegetable wheat ragi roti | Godhumai kezhvaragu roti

Ingredients
- Wheat flour– 1 cup
- Ragi - ¼ cup
- Onion – 2 [finely chopped]
- Capsicum – ½ [finely chopped]
- Cabbage – ½ cup [finely grated]
- Carrot -1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1[finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 3 springs [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed [Apr. ¼ cup]
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
- The batter should be softer than chapatti dough and little sticky.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, put batter on tawa, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the roti & cook till golden brown both sides.
- Then cut off heat serve hot with coconut chutney
