Rava laddu | Semolina ladoo -How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Rava [sooji, semolina] – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom – 3
- Cashew nuts – 6
- Ghee – 6 tbsp or as needed
Preparation
- Dry roast rava till you get nice aroma, let it cool then coarsely grind.
- Break the cardamom shell; add the seeds & sugar in a mixer jar & finely grind.
- Heat ghee in a pan roast cashew nuts & finely chop
- Heat ghee in a pan then melt it.
- In a bowl add ground rava, sugar cardamom mixture, chopped cashew nuts & add ghee mix well.
- Then take lemon size mixture and make a balls
- Let it cool & store it in an airtight container use within 5 days

Dry roast rava till you get nice aroma
Let it cool
Put roasted rava in a mixer jar & coarsely grind
Heat ghee in a pan roast cashew nuts till golden brown
Finely chop cashews
Add sugar cardamom seeds in a mixer jar & grind to fine powder
Powdered sugar & cardamom is ready
In a bowl add ground rava, sugar cardamom mixture & cashew nuts mix well
Heat ghee & add little by little
Make laddus from the mixture
Rava laddus are ready garnish with pistachios & saffron, let it cool & store it in an airtight container use within 5 days
