Ingredients
- Chana dal - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cashews, pista & Raisin - 2 tbsp
- Saffron - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Heat pan, add chana dal, roast till you get nice aroma / roast till light brown
- Wash then soak roasted chana dal for 1 hour
- Then drain water completely
- Put it in a mixie jar, grind without water
- Heat pan add 1 tbsp ghee, roast nuts 7 Raisins
- Then add ground chana dal, roast till colour changes to light brown [Or roast for 5 min]
- Then let it cool & grind
- Heat pan add 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, let it boil till 1 string consistency
- Add chana dal mixture, cardamom powder, nuts, raisins, & 2 tbsp ghee mix well for 1 min
- Then cover lid, keep it aside for 5 to 8 min
- 8 min later, mix well, then divide the dough into equal size balls
- Let it cool then store it in an airtight container use within 30 days

Instant motichoor ladoo-No artificial color
Add 1 cup chana dal
Roast for 3 min
Transfer to a bowl
Wash 2 to 3 times
add water, soak it for 1 hour
1 hour later, Drain water completely
Put it in a mixie jar
Coarsely grind without water
Perfect chana dal mixture ready
Add 1 tbsp ghee
Add casew, pista, raisins
Roast till light brown
Same pan, add extra 3 tbsp ghee, add ground mixture
roast for 5 min
Sand like consistency
Perfect, slightly changed color
Let it cool then grind for 1 min
Perfect texture
Heat pan, add 3/4 cup sugar
Add 1/4 cup water
Add saffron
Perfect 1 string consistency
Now sugar syrup ready
Add ground chana dal mixture
Add cardamom powder
Add roasted nuts, raisins
Mix well
Now its ready
cover lid, keep it aside for 5 to 8 min
8 min later, mix well
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Perfect ladoo ready
Store in an airtight container, use within 1 month
