Ingredients
- Rava [sooji, semolina] – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water - 1/3 cup
- Green cardamom –1/2 tsp
- Pistachios – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 4 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan roast cashew nuts & raisins
- Same pan add coconut roast for 1 min then transfer to a plate keep it aside
- Heat same pan, add 3 tbsp ghee, 1 cup rava, roast for 2 min then transfer to a plate keep it aside
- Heat pan add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, boil till 1 string consistency
- Then add roasted rava, coconut, cardamom powder, nuts mix well for 1 min
- Then cut off heat, cover lid, keep it aside for 5 min
- 5 min later, mix well, Divide the mixture into equal size ladoos
- Let it cool then store it in an airtight container use within 7 days

Instant rava burfi
Perfect semolina burfi without milk, No condensed milk
Add 3 tbsp Ghee
Add 1 cup rava
Roast till you get nice aroma
Now its ready
Transfer to a plate,
keep it aside
Add 1/3 cup sugar
Add 1/4 cup water
boil till 1 string consistency
Perfect stage
Add roasted rava
Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Add 2 tbsp Pistachio
Mix well only for 50 sec
Cut off heat
Transfer to a plate
Evenly spread
Let it set for 10 min
De-mold after 10 min
Cut into desired shapes
Perfect, No soggy semolina bars ready
Store in an airtight container use within 1 month
