Ingredients
- Rava [sooji, semolina] – 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water - 1/3 cup
- Almonds & Chocoalte chips – 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 3tbsp
Preparation
- Heat pan, add 3 tbsp ghee & rava, roast for 2 min then transfer to a plate keep it aside
- Heat pan add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, boil till 1 string consistency
- Then add roasted rava, cocoa powder, chocoalte chips, nuts mix well for 1 min
- Then cut off heat, cover lid, keep it aside for 5 min
- 5 min later, mix well, Divide the mixture into equal size ladoos
- Let it cool then store it in an airtight container use within 30 days

Chocolate Rava Laddu
Add 3 tbsp ghee
Add Rava
Roast for 2 min
Roast till you get nice aroma
Transfer to a plate, keep it aside
Add sugar
Add water
Boil till 1 string consistency
Perfect consistency
Add roasted rava
add cocoa powder
Add chocolate chips and almond
Mix well for 1 min
Now its ready, cut off heat
Cover lid, keep it aside for 5 min
5 min later, mix well
Now its ready to make balls
Divide the mixtrue into equal size balls
