Matka kulfi-How to make-step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Milk – 3 cups
- Sweet condenced milk – ½ cup
- Almonds & Pistachios – ¼ cup [coarsely grind]
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Green cardamom powder - ½ tbsp [Optional]
Preparation
- In a mixer jar add almonds & pistachios coarsely grind & keep aside.
- Heat milk in a pan & let it boil.
- Then add saffron mix well & stir continuously on low flame till the milk reduced by half.
- Then add ground pistachio almond mixture mix well then add sweet condensed milk mix well.
- Then add green cardamom powder & cut off heat, let it cool.
- Then pour the mixture into matka bowls& place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 9 to 10 hours]
- Then unmold & serve immediately.

Grind almond & pista
Now its ready, cut off heat
Add milk
Boil it reduced to half
Add sugar
Add saffron
Add ground pista, almond
Add sweet condensed milk
Add cardamom powder, cut off heat
Let it cool
Pour into matka bowl
Cover with aluminium foil
Freeze it for 8 hours
8 hours later, matka kulfi is ready
Garnish with nuts, serve immediately
