Kulfi-Easy indian ice cream recipe-How to make-step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Milk – 3 cups
- Sweet condenced milk – ½ cup
- Khoya / mawa – 3 tbsp [grated]
- Almonds & Pistachios – ¼ cup [coarsely grind]
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Green cardamom powder - ½ tbsp [Optional]
Preparation
- In a mixer jar add almonds & pistachios coarsely grind & keep aside.
- Heat milk in a pan & let it boil.
- Then add saffron mix well & stir continuously on low flame till the milk reduced by half.
- Then add ground pistachio almond mixture mix well then add sweet condensed milk mix well.
- Then add green cardamom powder & cut off heat.
- Finally add Khoya mix well & let it cool.
- Then pour the mixture into kulfi moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 9 to 10 hours]
- Then unmold & serve immediately.

Heat milk in a broad pan & let boil
Boiling
Add saffron[kesar] stri well till the milk reduced by half
Now its ready
Add coarsely ground almond and pistachio mixture mix well
Add sweet condensed milk stir well
Add sugar mix well then add cardamom powder & cut off heat
Add khoya mix well
Let it cool
Pour the mixture to kulfi molds
Cover lid and place it in the freezer to set
Pour remaining mixture to small boxes then place it in the freezer to set
Kulfi is ready[After 10 to 12 hours]
Garnish with saffron & serve immediately
