Idli Manchurian dry- Instant and crispy-How to make-Step by Step photos

Ingredients
- Idli [Leftover or fresh]- 3
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- green chili – 1 [finely chopped]
- green spring onion - 2 springs
- Red chilli paste - 3 tbsp (soak kashmiri red chilli in boiling water then drain water & grind to fine paste)
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour – ¼ cup
- Maida flour – ½ cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation
Now there are two major steps. The first step is deep frying the idli
- Cut idli into cubes.
- Add Maida, corn flour, salt and pepper.
- Add 3 tbsp water and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add idli cubes deep fry till and golden brown.
Making gravy is the second step
- Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and green chilli sauté well.
- Add Red chilli paste, Tomato sauce, & soya sauce mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp of water, mix well & let it boil.
- Add spring onion, sprinkle pepper powder and salt mix well.
- The final gravy should look like double cream consistency.
The final cut
- Add fried fried idli cubes into the gravy mix well on medium flame.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion & Server hot.

Take 3 leftover idli
Cut into cubes
Add salt
Add corn flour
Add maida
Add pepper powder
Add 3 tbsp water, mix well
Heat oil in a pan, add idli cubes
Deep fry till and golden brown
Super crispy idli cubes ready
Remove it from oil
Drain on absorbent paper
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, green chilli
Add tomato sauce
Add dark soya sauce
Mix well
Add red chilli sauce
Add corn flour and water, let it boil for 2 min
Now its ready
Add fried idli cubes
Sauce for a min then cut off heat
Add coriander leaves or spring onion
