Potato paneer noodles packet fritters

Ingredients
- Potato [Aloo, Alu] – 1 cup [boiled, mashed]
- Paneer [Cottage cheese] – ¼ cup [grated]
- Red, yellow, green capsicum – 2 tbsp[finely chopped]
- Carrot – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 [mashed & chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tsp [mashed, chopped]
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Corn flour – ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Rava – 3 tbsp
- Noodles – ½ cup
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation Method
- Wash & boil potatoes then peel off the skin & mash.
- Heat oil in a pan add carrot, capsicum sauté gently for a min.
- In a bowl add grated paneer, sautéed carrot, capsicum, pepper powder & salt mix well.
- In a bowl add mashed potato, salt, ginger, garlic, green chilli, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, sugar mix well & make soft dough.
- Heat water in a pan & let it boil. When boiling add salt, oil, noodles cook till soft. Then drain water & immediately put it in cold water then again drain & keep it aside.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls. Then roll out into long cylindrical shaped roll.
- Split lengthwise place paneer stuffing then make cylindrical shape again.
- Take one long noodles then wrap around each cylindrical roll. Then coat with rava.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crisp
- Drain on an absorbent paper & serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
