Ingredients
- All purpose flour- 160 gram
- Powdered sugar - 120 gram
- Egg- 6
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Oil - 20 ml
- Tutti frutti - 1/3 cup
Preparation
- in a bowl add tutti frutti, 1 tbsp flour mix well
- In a bowl add eggs beat for 2 min
- Then add sugar gradually, beat well until fluffy, smooth, glossy, soft peak consistency
- Seive and add flour, baking powder gradually, mix gently to make smooth ribbon consistency batter
- Add oil, mix well
- Add tutti frutti, mix well
- Prepare bread tin with 1 tbsp oil, flour
- Pour batter into tray, gently tap twice
- Pre-heat Oven/OTG for 10 min, 250 degree C
- Bake for 25 min 170 degree C
- Once its ready, slice and serve with tea or After school snack or best snack box recipe

- You can add nuts, vanilla essence
