How to make mini podi idli & podi uthappam video

Ingredients
- Mini idli– 1 cup [10 idli]
- idli podi– 3 tbsp
- Coconut – 2 tbsp[grated]
- Onion – 1 [chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida –1/4 tsp
- Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter then add urad dal saute.
- Then add curry leaves sauté.
- Add onion, ginger & green chilli sauté well.
- Add salt, idli powder mix well.
- Add mini idli mix well.
- Then cut off heat, serve hot with chutney
