Ingredients
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sweet Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
- Milk powder - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat ghee, milk, condensed milk boil for a min
- Add brown sugar boil for a min
- Add Milk powder stir continuously till the mixture thickens then cut off heat & let it cool
- Grease palm with ghee make equal lemon size balls
- Then flatten & make markings using knife. Garnish with pistachio in the middle.
- Store in an airtight container
Note
- You can add cardamom powder & saffron
