Coconut ladoo with Jaggery-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Coconut – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 3/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Pistachios - 5 [for garnish]
Preparation
- Heat pan add jaggery & water let it boil for 3 min then drain jaggery syrup to avoid impurities.
- Heat pan add jaggery syrup let it boil for 5 min then add 1 tbsp ghee.
- Add grated coconut let it cook till the mixture thickens
- Add cardamom powder mix well then cut off heat
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, leave it for 3 min. Then make ladoos when its is warm
- Garnish with pistachios & serve

Now its ready
Add coconut
Stir well for 3 min
Add ghee

Stir well for 5 min ot till it thickens
Now its ready, cut off heat
Transfer the mixture, leave it for 3 min
Shape ladoo & garnish with pistachio
