Coconut ladoo with Jaggery By

Ingredients

  • Coconut – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 3/4 cup
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios - 5 [for garnish]

Preparation

  • Heat pan add jaggery & water let it boil for 3 min then drain jaggery syrup to avoid impurities.
  • Heat pan add jaggery syrup let it boil for 5 min then add 1 tbsp ghee.
  • Add grated coconut let it cook till the mixture thickens
  • Add cardamom powder mix well then cut off heat
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, leave it for 3 min. Then make ladoos when its is warm
  • Garnish with pistachios & serve
