Ingredients
- Coconut - 1cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 1 tsp
- WAter - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Heat pan add coconut roast for 3 min
- Heat jaggery, water in a pan cook until 1 string consistency or soft balls consistency
- add roasted coconut, cardamom powder cook until thick [Apr5 min] and the mixture start leaving the pan like sticky cosnistency & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Roll over each ladoos on the remaining Desiccated coconut & store it in an airtight container
