Chilli masala solam idli | Masala sorghum[Jowar] mini idli-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Mini sorghum idli [Solam idli, jowar idli, jolada idli] – 1 cup [10 idli]
- Onion – 1 [chopped]
- Green capsicum – 2 tbsp [chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 1 [chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander, cumin & pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add curry leaves sauté.
- Add onion & capsicum sauté well. Then add ginger & garlic sauté
- Add tomato sauté till soft. Add water if required.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.
- Add cumin, coriander, pepper powder & garam masala powder sauté.
- Add mini sola idli mix well.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat.

Add ginger & garlic saute
Add chopped tomato saute till soft
Add salt
Add turmeric powder
Add red chilli powder
Add cumin, coriander, & pepper powder
Add garam masala
Add mini sola idli saute well
Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix well then cut off heat
Chilli masala jowar idli [masal jolada idli] is ready. Serve immediately
