5 Flavored coconut ladoo-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut - 1 cup
- Sweet condensed milk - 1/3 cup
- Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
- Instant coffee powder -1 tsp
- Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
- Rose syrup/rooh afzha - 3 tbsp
- Saffron - 1 tsp Ghee- 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat pan add 1 tbsp ghee, coconut roast for 2 min
- Add sweet condensed milk, cardamom powder mix well until thick
- Divide the mixture into 4 parts
- For chocolate flavour: add 2 tbsp cocoa powder+hot water then mix well with coconut mixture, make balls, rollout into desiccated coconut
- For Rose flavor:- Add 2 tbsp rooh afzha, mix well make ladoo
- For Saffron flavour:- Add 1 tsp saffron+ot water, mix well then put it in a coconut mixture make ladoo
- For coffee flavour:- Add 1 tsp coffee Powder + 2 tbsp hot water, add this to coconut mixture, make balls
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Roll over each ladoos on the remaining Desiccated coconut & store it in an airtight container
