Ingredients
- Green chilli – 1 cup
- Butter milk or curd - 2 cups
- Salt or Sea salt as required
Seasoning & Preparation Method
- Wash & wipe out Green chilli.
- Using toothpick make hole [Green chilli absorbs buttermilk easily].
- In a bowl add curd & water beat well with salt till buttermilk consistency or you can use buttermilk.
- Add green chilli soak it overnight
- Then dryout in the sunlight for one day
- Add dried green chilli in remaining buttermilk, soak it overnight
- Then dryout in the sunlight for 2 days.
- Heat oil then deep fry & serve with curd rice
- Store in an airtight container use within one month

Wash & dryout green chilli for 1 hour.
Put hole using toothpick
Add buttermilk
Mix well, soak it for overnight
Place it in a wide plate
Dryout in the sunlight for one day
First day evening
Put all dried greenchilli in remaining buttermilk
Mix well & Soak it overnight again
Dryout in the sunlight for 2 days
2nd day evening
3rd day evening, now its ready
Mor milagai ready, store in airtight container, use within one month
Heat oil, deep fry mor milagai
Now its ready, remove from oil
Serve with curd rice
