Badam jaggery ladoo-No sugar- How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients

  • Almond- 3/4 cup
  • Cashews - 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp

Preparation

  • Heat pan add Almond, Cashews, roast till you get nice aroma
  • Then cool it, add cardamom powder & grind to smooth powder.
  • Heat jaggery & water in a pan, let it boil for 1 string consistency
  • Add jaggery mixture into the almond mixture, mix well then make it equal size ladoos.
  • Once its ready , place it in an airtight container use within 1 week
