Instant neer dosa

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 2 cups
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Take a bowl add rice flour & water mix well like cream consistency then add coconut milk mix well [ batter should be watery consistency (like thick butter milk consistency] & leave it for 15 min.
  • Once iron tawa heats pour the batter on the pan without touching it.
  • Do not use ladle to make dosa. Use it only to pour. Use small water cup to pour batter instead of ladle for better results.
  • Once roasted pour oil and optionally flip and cook on the other side.
  • Serve hot with vegetable stew or chutney
