Ingredients

  • Ragi semiya [vermicelli] – ¼ cup
  • Jaggery / Brown sugar– 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp [optional]
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
  • Cashewnuts - 5
  • Raisins – 10
  • Almonds – 3 [Ghee roast & grate]
  • Ghee – 3 tbsp

Method

  • Heat ghee in a pan then add cashewnuts, almonds roast.
  • Add raisins roast. Then add ragi semiya roast.
  • Add milk and water mix well & let it boil & thickens.
  • Add sugar & jaggery mix well.
  • Finally add cardamom powder mix well.
  • Cut off heat & sprinkle roasted almonds then serve hot or cold.
