Beetroot Coconut Ladoo-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Beetroot - ¼ cup[finely grated]
- Coconut – ½ cup [grated]
- Sweet condensed milk – 1 cup
- Milk powder - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Pistachios - 5 [ghee roasted, grated]
- Raisins - 10
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan add beetroot roast for 2 min.
- Add coconut roast till for 3 min
- Add sweet condensed milk then stir continuously till thickens[Apr. 3 min].
- Finally add milk powder mix well & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Roll over each ladoos on the grated pistachios, garnish with raisins & store it in an airtight container
