Beetroot Coconut Ladoo By

Ingredients

  • Beetroot - ¼ cup[finely grated]
  • Coconut – ½ cup [grated]
  • Sweet condensed milk – 1 cup
  • Milk powder - 3 tbsp
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Pistachios - 5 [ghee roasted, grated]
  • Raisins - 10

Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a pan add beetroot roast for 2 min.
  • Add coconut roast till for 3 min
  • Add sweet condensed milk then stir continuously till thickens[Apr. 3 min].
  • Finally add milk powder mix well & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
  • Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
  • Roll over each ladoos on the grated pistachios, garnish with raisins & store it in an airtight container
