Healthy Beetroot Dosa-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Dosa batter – 1 cup
- Beetroot – 1/2 [grated]
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add grated beetroot in a mixer jar grind to fine puree with 1/4 cup of water
- Add beetroot puree in to dosa batter mix well
- Heat iron dosa pan, pour batter, pour 1 tbsp of oil, cover lid & cook both sides
- Once dosa is ready, transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar

Grate half beetroot
In a mixer jar, add grated beetroot
Add water grind tio fine puree
Beetroot puree is ready
Add beetroot puree into the dosa batter mix well
Beetroot dosa batter is ready
Heat iron dosa tawa, pour batter spread immediately
Flip over cook other side
Healthy beetroot pink dosai is ready, serve hot with green chutney
