Ingredients
- Curd / yogurt – 1 cup [fully whisked]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Ginger – ½ tsp [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl add curd, onion, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix well.
- Then serve with biryani, pulao, paratha, roti or naan.
