Homemade vermicelli popsicle By

Ingredients

  • Semiya[Vermicelli] - ¼ cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Pistachios – 5
  • Almonds –5
  • Raisins – 5
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Green Cardamom - 2
  • Sweet condensed milk - ¼ cup
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Add green cardamom & sugar in a mixer jar grind to fine powder.
  • Ghee roast almonds, pistachios, raisins then chop.
  • In the same pan add ghee, vermicelli roast, then add milk let it boil.
  • Add sugar mixture, saffron & let it cook till soft
  • Add Sweet condensed milk mix well.
  • Finally add nuts, cut off heat & let it cool.
  • Then pour the mixture into ice pop moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 5 hours]
  • Then unmould & serve immediately.
