Homemade vermicelli popsicle | Milk ice pop with nuts | Semiya Paal Ice

Ingredients
- Semiya[Vermicelli] - ¼ cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Pistachios – 5
- Almonds –5
- Raisins – 5
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Green Cardamom - 2
- Sweet condensed milk - ¼ cup
- Saffron a pinch
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Add green cardamom & sugar in a mixer jar grind to fine powder.
- Ghee roast almonds, pistachios, raisins then chop.
- In the same pan add ghee, vermicelli roast, then add milk let it boil.
- Add sugar mixture, saffron & let it cook till soft
- Add Sweet condensed milk mix well.
- Finally add nuts, cut off heat & let it cool.
- Then pour the mixture into ice pop moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 5 hours]
- Then unmould & serve immediately.
