Mangalore buns with wheat flour-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Banana - 1 [fully riped]
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water As needed
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- In a bowl add banana & sugar mash well.
- Add cumin, wheat flour, salt mix all , add water slowly knead it & make soft dough. Cover it and leave it for 5 hours.
- Divide the dough in to equal size balls.
- Take a ball, roll it over on the flour, place it on the chapathi making stone, and Roll over chapthi roller from bottom to top, take it off and change the position.
- Repeat the process till you get the round or equivalent to round shape.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry till golden brown.
- Then remove from oil & Serve hot with any gravy.

Add ripped banana
Add 2 tbsp of sugar
Add cumin seeds mix well
Add salt
Add 2 tbsp of curd
Add water slowly mix well, knead it make soft puri dough
Mangalore bun dough is ready, cover it, leave it for 2 to 5 hours
Make equal size balls, sprinkle flour, roll out into thick puri
Raw mangalore puri is ready
Heat oil in a pan put prepared raw mangalore bun, deep fry till golden brown
Flip over mangalore bun deep fry both sides
