Cuisine Style: India | Preparation Time: 5 min | Preparation & Cooking Time: 15-20 min | To Serve: 4 | Type: Sweet, dessert, diwali special sweet, holi

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 90 gram
  • Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup

Preparation

  • In a bowl add butter & powdered sugar beat well
  • add wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder mix well
  • Add milk if required to make perfect consistency dough
  • Put the dough into piping bag, use 1m star nozzle
  • Squeeze & shape over butter sheet
  • Pre-heat OTG/OVEN 10 min, 250 degree C
  • For pressurecooker / kadai method:- Pre-heat 10 min, low flame
  • Bake for 25 min, 150 degree C
  • For pressurecooker / kadai method:-Cook for 30 min, low flame
  • once its ready, let it cool then store in an airtight container use within 2 weeks
  • serve with tea/coffee
