Mushroom fried rice-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Jeera rice[jeeraga samba rice] or basmati rice – 1 ½ cup [Boiled]
- Mushroom – ¼ cup [chopped]
- Spring onion – 2 spring [chopped]
- Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Capsicum – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Kashmiri red chilli paste – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp [freshly ground]
- Garam masala powder or five spice powder– ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation method
- Soak 3 kashmiri red chilli in hot water for 5 min then drain water & grind to smooth paste.
- Heat oil in pan add onion, green chilli , capsicum & carrot sauté on high flame.
- Add mushrooms, salt & pepper powder sauté well
- Add spring onion, red chilli paste, soya sauce, 2 tbsp of water & salt mix well.
- Add ½ tsp of pepper powder, garam masala powder mix well
- Add boiled jeera rice, salt & remaining ½ tsp pepper powder mix well.
- Once it’s ready cut off heat & serve hot with baby corn, cauliflower manchurian.

Heat oil in a pan add onion, carrot & capsicum saute
Add mushroom, salt and pepper powder
Saute well
Add spring onion & red chilli paste
Add tomato sauce
Add soya sauce
Add garam masala powder
Add boiled jeeraga samba rice salt mix well
Add spring onion cut off heat
Mushroom[kalan] fried rice is ready
