Ingredients

  • Kerala banana [Nendran banana, Ethakka] – 1 [cut into thin circles]
  • Coconut oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method-2

  • Wash and soak nendran banana for 1 hour
  • Peel off the banana skin
  • Heat oil in a pan, Using Banana Chips slicer thinly slice bananas & deep fry till crisp.
  • Then serve hot with tea or coffee.
