Ingredients
- Kerala banana [Nendran banana, Ethakka] – 1 [cut into thin circles]
- Coconut oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method-2
- Wash and soak nendran banana for 1 hour
- Peel off the banana skin
- Heat oil in a pan, Using Banana Chips slicer thinly slice bananas & deep fry till crisp.
- Then serve hot with tea or coffee.

Soak nendran banana for 30 min
Peel off the skin
Cut into half
Heat oil, slice banana, deep fry till crisp
Flip over, deep fry on medum flame
Once oil sound disapears & crisp, remove it from oil
Drain on absorbent paper
Sprinkle salt, toss gently
