Paneer manchurian-How to make-Step by Step photos

Ingredients
- Paneer [Cottage cheese] - 1 cup [Cut into cubes]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chili – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green spring onion - 2 springs
- Red chilli paste - 3 tbsb (soak kashmiri red chilli in boiling water then drain water & grind to fine paste)
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsb
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsb
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour – ¼ cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation Method
Now there are two major steps. The first step is shallow or deep frying the Paneer
- In a bowl add paneer, corn flour, salt and pepper mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan then shallow fry or deep fry paneer cubes till crisp & golden brown.
Making gravy is the second step
- Heat the oil in a pan; add onion and green chilli sauté well.
- Add Red chilli paste, Tomato sauce, & soya sauce mix well.
- Add 3 tbsp of water & let it boil.
- Add spring onion, sprinkle pepper powder and salt mix well.
- The final gravy should look like double cream consistency.
The final cut
- Add shallow fried paneer into the gravy mix well on medium flame.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion & Server hot.
How to make Paneer manchurian - Stepwise pictures
Add paneer, corn flour, salt & pepper powder in a bowl mix well
Heat oil in a pan add paneer, shallow fry till crisp and golden brown
Shallow fried paneer is ready cut off heat
Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, & green chilli saute.
Add red chilli paste
Add tomato sauce
Add soya sauce, water mix well & let it boil
Add spring onion, pepper powder mix well.
Add shallow fried paneer mix well
Finally add remaining spring onion mix well then cut off heat
Paneer [cottage cheese] manchurian is ready
