Ingredients
- Kerala banana [Nendran banana, Ethakka] – 1 [cut into thin circles]
- Coconut oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method-1
- Peel off the banana skin & thinly slice.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan put banana slices & deep fry till crisp.
- Sprinkle salt, toss well then serve with rice, tea or coffee.

- Peel off the banana skin & thinly slice.
- In a bowl add sliced banana slices then add salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder toss well.
- Heat oil in a pan add thinly sliced banana pieces & deep fry till crisp.
- Then serve hot with rice.
