Ingredients

  • Kerala banana [Nendran banana, Ethakka] – 1 [cut into thin circles]
  • Coconut oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method-1

  • Peel off the banana skin & thinly slice.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan put banana slices & deep fry till crisp.
  • Sprinkle salt, toss well then serve with rice, tea or coffee.

  • In a bowl add sliced banana slices then add salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder toss well.
  • Heat oil in a pan add thinly sliced banana pieces & deep fry till crisp.
  • Then serve hot with rice.
