Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add grated carrot saute well. Then add coconut or desiccated coconut saute. Add sweet condensed milk mix well till it thickens. Grease hands with ghee then make equal size ladoos
Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 [ big, finely grated] Apr.½ to ¾ cup]
- Sweet condensed milk – ¼ cup
- Coconut - ¼ cup [grated]
- Milk powder - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Rava[Semolina] - 2 tbsp
- Pistachios - 5
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan add rava roast till you get nice aroma.
- Then add carrot saute till colour change to pale orange[Apr 3 min]
- Add coconut saute well.
- Add condensed milk then stir continuously till thickens[Apr. 3 min].
- Finally add milk powder milk well & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Garnish with pistachios & store it in an airtight container

Ghee roast rava[semolina]
Roast for 2 min
Add grated carrot saute
Add grated coconut saute
Add sweet condensed milk stir well
Stir continuously till thickens
Add milk powder mix well
Mix well milk powder with carrot without lumps
Now carrot laddoo mixture is ready, cut off heat, let it cool
Make equal size carrot laddus
