3 ingredient wheat flour biscuit is instant, simple, eggless, healthy, no baking powder, oil free, ovenless, eggless biscuits. Perfect heart shape biscuits will attract kids. No deep frying process required. No kneading required.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 3/4 to 1 cup
  • Butter– 1/3 cup
  • Sugar – 1/3 cup [Powdered]
  • Milk - 4 tbsp

Preparation

  • Take 5 littre pressure cooker, **Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid
  • Then place grid then preheat for 10 min on low flame.
  • In a bowl add soft butter beat till smooth and fluffy
  • add powdered sugar mix well and beat till fluffy
  • Add wheat flour, mix gently to make crumble texture
  • Add milk to make tight dough [Dont knead too much]
  • Place dough on butter sheet roll out into thiock sheet
  • Then cut into heart shape using cookie cutter
  • Arrange it on the butter & flour greased tray.
  • Then Place the tray on pressure cooker grind.
  • Close lid & cook for 25 to 30 min on low to medium flame.
  • Once its ready carefully remove baking tray then un-mould & let it cool for 5 min.
  • Put it on airtight container use within 1 month

Tips & variations

  • If you knead the dough for long time cookis will become hard
  • You can refrigerate dough for 2 days
  • For chocolate flavour add cocoa powder
  • If you dont like sugar add honey, maple syrp, dates syrup or jaggery
  • You can make any shape
  • OTG baking is best compare to Oven
  • Please avoid non-stick pan for baking.
