spongy oats idli- How to make-Stepwise Pictures & Video

Ingredients
- Rava - 1.5 cups
- Oats - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Eno - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili - 1
- Asafoetida - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves , coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Grind rolled oats in to fine powder
- In a bowl add rava, oats powder, curd, water, salt, green chilli, ginger, curry, coriander leaves mix well, leave it for 30 min
- Add eno/baking soda mix well
- Grease thatte idli plates with gingelly oil.
- Pour thatte idly batter. Then steam it for 10 min.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and Sambar.

Add 1 cup rolled oats grind to fine powder
Oats flour ready
Add 1.5 cup rava
Add salt
Add oats powder
Add hing
Add ginger
Add curry leaves
add green chilli
Add coriander leaves
Add curd
add water
mix well
Cover lid, leave it for 30 min
Add Eno , mix well till fluffy
Batter ready
Pour into greased idli plates
Steam it for 10 min
Perfect oats idli ready
Super spongy breakfast/dinner
