Ingredients

  • Mini idli– 1 cup [10 idli]
  • idli podi– 3 tbsp
  • Coconut – 2 tbsp[grated]
  • Onion – 1 [chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal – 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida –1/4 tsp
  • Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter then add urad dal saute.
  • Then add curry leaves sauté.
  • Add onion, ginger & green chilli sauté well.
  • Add salt, idli powder mix well.
  • Add mini idli mix well.
  • Then cut off heat, serve hot with chutney
