Murungai keerai godhumai rotti | Drumstick leaves wheat flour roti-How to make with stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Murungai keerai [drumstick leaves]– 1 cup [plucked, washed, chopped]
- Yellow & red capsicum – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Coconut – 3 tbsp [grated]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 2 [finely chopped]
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method
- Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, green chilli, drumstick leaves , & turmeric powder sauté well.
- Add water & salt cook till soft.
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, curd, coconut, yellow red capsicum, sautéed drumstick leaves, and water mix well.
- The batter should be softer that chapatti dough and little sticky.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, put batter on tawa, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the roti.
- Cook both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney
How to make Drumstick leaves wheat flour roti-Stepwise pictures
In a bowl add wheat flour, curd, salt, green chilli
Add red, yellow capsicum & coconut
Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, drumstick leaves, turmeric powder & salt saute well then add water cook till soft
Add sauteed drumstick leaves, water mix well make sticky dough
Drumstick leaves, wheat flour roti dough is ready
Heat iron dosa tawa, place one handful of dough, evenly spread
Pour 1tbsp of ghee oil & cook both sides
Flip over cook other side
Gothumai murungai keerai roti is ready, serve hot with coconut chutney
