Mochakottai varuval | Crispy field beans fry[Roasted] -How to make-Stepwise Pictures

Ingredients
- Mochakottai– 1 cup [fresh]
- Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves [mashed]
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Parboil with turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add garlic & curry leaves.
- Add parboiled Mochakottai, salt, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté till light brown & becomes crispy.
- Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice

Parboil with turmeric powder

Add curry leaves
Add parboiled mochakottai & salt saute
Add red chilli powder saute
Saute till field beans becomes crispy
Serve hot with rice or curd rice
